2. 2. Class X or Secondary School Certificate & Pass Certificate. (Photocopy)
3. 3. Transfer Certificate of School Leaving Certificate. (Photocopy)
4. 4. Character Certificate from last passing institute. (Photocopy)
5. 5. Migration Certificate. (Original, if required)
6. 6. Provisional / Degree Certificate (For PG Course Only)
7. 7. Valid Photo Address Proof / Govt. issued Certificate (Address Proof)
8. 8. Any Photo ID Proof.
9. 9. Domicile Certificate / Certificate of Identification (COI)
10. 10. Declaration
